Edupf.us, owned and operated by Edupf, maintains ownership of all copyright and intellectual property rights associated with Edupf Material/Product, encompassing documentation, data, technical information, and know-how provided to the Customer. Customer acknowledges the necessity of obtaining prior written consent from Edupf before engaging in the following activities: (i) copying any Edupf material; (ii) using recording equipment (such as audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during audio conferences or webinars; or (iii) utilizing Edupf trademarks, trade names, or other designations in promotions or publications. The term “Edupf Material/Product” includes all purchased products/materials from Edupf’s Websites and any information accessed upon purchase.
Upon payment of the respective Edupf Material/Product fee, Edupf will grant each Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the specific product continuously and a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a single copy of all Edupf Material/Product.
The use of Edupf Material/Product for commercial purposes or to create derivative works is strictly prohibited.
